where to start??? it seems like so much has happened. well thats because i guess lots has happened! Jessie has cut another 3 teeth… bringing the total up to 4!! yup thats right, 4 teeth! and let me tell you something, those little teeth are super sharp. she has bitten me a few times, drawing blood twice, and making me cry once. (im still breastfeeding, so you can imagine where im talking about) its so incredibly painful. on 1 hand, it makes me want to start the weaning process, but i love the bonding time that breastfeeding brings. she is only feeding 2-3 times in a 24 hour period, so its not unmanageable, and i dont forsee any problems feeding R and jessie. but only time will tell. i thought that she might wean herself when my milk became colostrum, but no, she seems to enjoy her feeding as much as ever!

R has had a huge growth spurt! at our 4D scan R was right on target, perfectly average. At our next gynae check-up 2 weeks later, R had put on 500grams and was estimated to be at 1.7kgs at 29 weeks. thats even bigger than jessie was at that stage. i did intitially get a fright, but id really rather have big babies! i wouldnt know what to with a tiny baby, so R can keep on getting nice and big! my blood pressure was a tad high so im back on my blood pressure pills. grrrr… for the few days, i felt horrid! dizzy, nauseous, shaky, stange vision, the works… but now it seems to have settled and my bp is coming down. so i guess its all worth it!

R is seemingly much lazier than Jessie was in-utero. ( i know i shouldnt compare) R will have occasional bouts of business, but is otherwise very chilled. or so it seems… maybe i just still miss the movement because im so super busy with jessie. jeepers, but she is a busy bean! she has discovered that drawing is fun. she draws on everything.. walls, toilet seats, heaters, the cat (ok, i taught her that) . so ive given her nice fat chalk, at least that comes off the walls easily .

oh and have i mentioned that she is super clever? she can show you her; head, teeth, ears, tummy, hands, feet and toes. all circles are balls, she loves to put things back where she found them, she claps, laughs with you (and at you), gives and blows kisses, brushes her teeth and hair, picks up my handbag and puts it over her shoulder when its time to go anywhere, and i could probably go on for a while… but this post would then be a novella! but yup…. she is just super clever! i mean with parents like B and I… (right babe?)

i must add that my husband is awesome. he is super supportive and just the BEST!! thanks my love for helping me with everything! i love you more than i words can express… or at least, i dont know the words to express it.

God has been so good. the provision, love and blessings that He gives continue to blow me away. i feel so undeserving (i guess in a way i am) but as His child, can we say that we are undeserving? (mmmm…) point to ponder

this post is now way too long and full of ramblings, so im going to call it a night!
