random rambling

Description

i think i have the busiest 8 month old around! Jack does not stop. He leopard crawls around at a rate of knots, and is into everything! his latest is to attempt stair climbing. quite successfully, and pulling himself up to stand against the couch! he is 8 months old and wanting to stand so that he can reach more things! im very nervous about when he walks… he is going to run me off  of my feet!

quick brag: jessie may only be 2, but ive been working on letter recognition with her, and she now points out m’s, b’s, d’s, a’s, s’s, e’s, j’s and makes the appopriate letter sound! what a little genius! she may not count properly (2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) but at least she is learning her letters nicely

oh, and her new favourite story is David! “mommy/daddy, me want to wead dabid”

God is so good! even when we stray from Him, even when we are not faithful, He never lets us down and is always looking after us! He is truly an awesome God!

B and i are going to watch The Curious Case of Benjamin Button tonight. yup we’re behind on the movie watching world, but thats what happens when you have so much with your kids that you cant bear to leave them !
