3nut’s 10 week scan

Awwww i love seeing them at this stage! no longer a blob, but a perfect little person. 3nut is growing beautifully!
At 10.5 weeks, 3 nut is already following in J&J’s footsteps, and was measuring 3 days ahead at 11 weeks. We hot to hear the heartbeat this time, and it is definitely one of the most beautiful sounds in the world! there is nothing like hearing your growing baby’s heartbeat. 3nut has arms and legs, a face, we saw the brain forming, the bladder was full (already!). Its such an amazing experience, and i dont think that it EVER gets old! no matter how many children you have, its amazing and wonderful every single time. In fact, scans may actually get better.
With the first one, you have only a very small idea of what youre looking at. When the gynae says “oh look theres a nose/mouth/eye/kidney/whatever” you just kinda smile and nod and say “ohhhhh”. with the second, you can make it out more clearly BUT with the third… we’re the one’s (not the gynae) going “look at the *insert anatomy here*” its stunning!
other than that, according to their scale ive gained 1kg, according to mine, im the same weight. I still feel fine. i do have a bit of a tummy and my hips are definitely starting to spread, but thats about all! Lets hope and pray that 3nut continues to grow into a beautiful big baby like J&J!!
