Stressed at 2?!?

Description

Nope, not me stressed with 2 or stressed at 2am/pm, BUT Jessie manifesting stress at 2 years old. Its perplexing me, and i dont have a clue what to do about it!

***first some genetic/hereditary background:
as a young child, i suffered from stress in a very similar way to Jessie. As i got older i would throw up whenever i felt stressed. Apparently i threw up for the entire week before starting Grade 1, i would throw -up the night before exams, sports days, olympiads etc. My mom took me to an educational psychologist when i was 11 and that seemed to sort it out.***

Now Jessie seems to be going down a very similar path. She has a friend who comes to visit for a few hours, once a week. This friend and Jack do not seem to get along. The friend does not want to share with Jack, and has kicked him a few times. (The friend and Jessie are the same age). Now i know that this is something that all 2 years olds, ok most 2 year olds go through.

But 2 weeks ago, we went to visit another friend and The friend happened to be there. Jessie complained while we were there of a sore tummy and had runny tummy. I thought that she had a bug, so left it. The next day we saw the friend and that afternoon again, jessie had a sore, runny tummy. Then it went away. My mom mentioned to B and I that after those 2 days in a row, a little warning flaf was going up in her head. She said that she remembered me doing the same thing and that we should just watch Jess and take note of it.

So i started writing it down, who we had seen and how she was. Last week after seeing the friend, she had a sore, runny tummy. mmm red flag in my head, but i was still thinking maybe its an anomaly. This morning she did not want the friend to come. She kept saying that she doesnt want the friend to hurt Jack, and that the friend must share with him. I just tried to diffuse the situation by teaching her how to handle it and by promisng her that The friends mom and i would keep a close eye on things.
The visit went alright, BUT this afternoon again, she had a runny, sore tummy! Now she is potty trained, but these take her by surprize and as its happening, she says “help, ive poo’d”.

How do I handle this? Next week Ive decided to try an experiment and see what happens.
But im feeling a bit sad for my baby girl, this is not something I would ever want anyone go through, especially not my Jiji!
I feel a bit lost!
