3nut’s anatomy scan

WOWEE!!! It was such a stunning. amazing, beautiful, mind-blowing scan! I remember Jessie’s and Jack’s. But somehow this one just seemed even more amazing. The detail was crazy!
We saw 3nut’s aorta, the superior and inferior vena cava’s, the diaphragm, the spaces in her mouth where teeth will form, and even some of 3nut’s bigger blood vessels!! The anatomy scan is truly a wonder for me. im always blown away by the detail, and the clarity!
3nut is growing perfectly, and is right on track! Like our other kids, 3nut has short legs BUT is looking as though she will have looooong arms. Her arms measure at 2weeks and 2 days ahead! She (i think 3nut is a girl) is looking as though she will be a perfect build for a swimmer . 3nut is weighing around 500g, and is thus far looking just like Jessie. Even the gynae, mentioned that 3nut looks very similar to Jess.
Im doing well. not carrying very big yet, which is just like i carried Jessie. (yes, yes… i know it means nothing) With Jack, i had a muuuuuch bigger tummy, but i still have 18weeks to go, so theres still lots of growing to do!
Im really starting to enjoy my pregnancy, and think that this time around, i may actually finally grow up! today my gynae told me that i should try and not gain more than another 7kgs. I decided there and then, that i was not going to become a slave to the scale, and that i would gain what i gain. Ill continue to eat healthily, will try and up the exercise, but will not become paranoid about it. For me, thats a BIG step!
I Love being pregnant!!! its so much fun!
