Baby wrap
I’m a huge advocate of baby-wearing. I believe it helps to strengthen the bond between mom and baby. And nothing, except breast feeding, soothes a fussy baby like being close to mommy. Babies settle so nicely when they can feel and smell mommy.
My family always joke that I never put my babies down… Except it’s not much of a joke. I DON’T put my babies down. They sleep better when they’re on me and wake up happier. The only problem that comes from this is that 1, if not both, hand is permanently occupied. Which would also be ok, if I didn’t have many other things to do, or had an army of helpers to do everything for me.
This is where my wrap comes in. My wrap allows me to be fully hands-free while keeping my baby close, snug and safe. I’ve tried slings and front carriers (baby bjorn) they just don’t work as well as a wrap. Aside from only being able to use from a certain age, I also never felt as though my baby was secure in them. And if you’re not comfortable your baby will pick up on that and they’ll fuss.
After meeting the lovely Sasha twitter, I ordered a wrap from her. It ranks as my best baby buy ever! I can shop easily and Jaydon will normally drift off to sleep. I can unpack the trolley without fear him of falling out and I have minimal restriction of movement while he’s in the wrap. I can do washing, pack and unpack the dishwasher, make lunch and prepare meals all with both hands and fuss-free.
My advice to all pregnant moms these days is, “get a wrap”. :D
* I have not been endorsed in any way for this. This is my own honest, very happy review about my experience with a wrap*

I love my wrap too! I have the Ubba Bubba one – but I must admit I don’t use it that often anymore. M is almost a year, but he seems to be getting to a very whiney stage so I’ve pulled it out again and will start using it again for a while.
Then I’ll pass it onto my bestie that’s pregnant! She’ll need it!
Wraps are the bomb!
